Our Founder
Monica spent over 23 years practicing law in boutique and large firms, regional and international. As a Chambers recognized bankruptcy and restructuring partner, she worked on many complex matters that involved billions of dollars. During her years of practice, she began to focus on the differences in experience for women and minorities as they navigated their workplaces. With the help of an amazing mentor, Monica realized that her passion lies in helping women and minorities navigate their workplace and become Bold and Accomplished.
